World Federation for Small and Medium Enterprises (WFSME)
Aims and objectives:
1. Promotes cooperation in the area of technology, trade, marketing, skill development and information sharing. The information available which including research studies, related documents, publications etc.
2. Undertakes research programme and studies on various issues of small businesses.
3. Arranges placement of counselors, specialists and trainers to facilitate flow of knowledge and expertise in specific fields.
4. Members and associates are invited to various international and regional events, which have direct interest to them.
5. Organize seminars, courses and awards certificates to qualified persons and SMEs.
6. Provide professional and technical support to Worldwide SME in all aspects.
7. To encourage and promote SME worldwide through the development of innovative business resources allocation strategy for specific business environments and individual SME needs
8. To see that SMEs get due representation in their respective countries and regions by encouraging and supporting SME legislative and administrative supports from various government over the world.
9. To establish international and cross-cultural network for SMEs in order to foster a feeling of community and support among SMEs and promote internet communication between SMEs across the globe
