SMEs and the World Economy ( HELP WORLD SME )   During the last decade, World SMEs play an very important role in contributing the growth of the world economy. Despite their large number in size and widespread employment across the globe, World SMEs are severely underrepresented politically,. During the past decade, the establishment of several national and international organizations dedicated to the support of SME interests has achieve less than expected in helping world SME .

WFSME’s Role   In response to serve the needs of SMEs politically , the World Federation for Small and Medium Enterprises (WFSME) was found in Hong Kong in 2004 as non-governmental,non-profit organization under its former name WASME ( Greater China Branch ),. Our founder, Dr Charlie Chan , has more than 15 years of extensive experience working internationally in helping world SME, and knows how difficult for world SMEs is facing in the global business environment and through its innovative studies and practical experience had developed a unique system and philosophy in helping world sme globally . 世界中小企業與世界經濟（協助世界中小企業營商）     在過去十年中，世界中小企業在貢獻世界經濟的增長發揮著非常重要的角色，儘管他們的規模大和给予全球各地廣泛的就業機會，世界中小企業在世界各國政治舞台上的代表性還處于嚴重偏低狀。在過去十年中，世界各地巳建立若干個國家和國際組織致力於支持中小企業的利益，在幫助世界中小企業發展上,還達不到預期成绩及效果.

世界中小企業聯合總會(WFSME )介紹   以服務及協助世界中小企業的需要宗旨，（ wfsme ）在2004年于香港成立非政府及非營利組織,其前身為wasme （大中華分會）。其創辦人為陳查理博士，陳查理博士擁有15年以上的協助世界中小企業工作的豐富經驗，在援助國際上世界的中小型企業過程中，深懂世界中小企業的困難，並積極為世界中小企業所面臨在全球營商環境進行研究，並通過其創新的研究和實踐經驗，發展出一套獨特的援助世界中小企業體系。 wfsme希望通過其國際業務網絡，及利用資訊科技的廣闊資源和獨特的經營理念，為世界中小企業獲得巨大的商業資源互補,重新分配整合，以提高世界中小企業在全球經濟和政治上的地位。      陳查理博士 香港中小企業促進協會會長 世界中小企業聯合總會代會長(WFSME )
